- Casting Weight range: 200 to 35,000 lbs in a variety of steel and specialty stainless steels
- Electric arc furnaces, induction furnaces and a 10 ton AOD vessel can be operated individually or in concert to produce heat sizes from 1,500 to 79,000 pounds.
- Patterns, High integrity castings, machining & fabrication. Value added Horizontal milling, vertical boring, blanchard grinding, drilling, and tapping is offered through our company owned Ideal Machine & Manufacturing business unit
